         FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  define intentional exposure to HIV infection by sexual intercourse as a sex crime subject to registry as a sex offender.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section 1.  That § 22-24B-1 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SUBDIVISION to read as follows:
     Intentional exposure to HIV infection as set forth in subdivision (1) of §  22-18-31.
